The main activities of Poland Tokai Okaya include the production of pressed and precisely bent and punched details. A diverse park of modern presses enables us to manufacture details in a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and shapes. We have experience in using many types of materials such as steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

We offer the following to our customers:

→ automatic transfer lines allowing for the production of details with complex shapes and very large sizes. The total force of our presses reaches 1450 t as divided between 6 machines that can manufacture a product from a coil.

→ in case of smaller details, we can offer production based on progressive tools. Our presses with the pressure ranging from 20, through 200 up to 600 ton allow for the production of details with their surfaces ranging from a few to several hundred centimeters.

→ in case of deep drawing, we offer machining with the use of hydraulic presses with the force of 250 ton. The 250 t press is one of the most state-of-the-art devices in its class. It saves time and energy, thus offering competitive prices.

→ a series of presses with the lower pressing force for production of low-volume products or those requiring the use of single tools.
