As an international company we are fully aware that only through the establishment of mutually beneficial relations with clients, and thanks to the implementation of an attitude based on balanced development principles, we can assure the success of our company. The foundation of these relations is delivery of the highest quality products and the continual increase in the satisfaction of our clients combined with a concern for the natural environment surrounding us. To pursue this objective we have implemented the following systems in our company:
- Quality Management System based on PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard certified in 2010 by the certification unit Dekra Certification Sp. z o.o., and recertified again on February 4, 2013 – Certificate No. 320810014/1 valid through February 3, 2016. Since its implementation, the Quality Management System has been constantly developed through, among others, conducting improvement, corrective and preventive actions, as well as a continuous monitoring of the client’s satisfaction level.
- Quality Management System consistent with ISO/TS 16949:2009 standard, implemented in 2012 and certified on February 4, 2013 also by the certification unit Dekra Certification Sp. z o.o. – Certificate No. 160213019 valid through February 3, 2016. Thanks to the implementation and certification of this system, we meet the requirements of the automotive market, and thus increase the trust of clients already co-operating with us and gaining new ones.
- Environmental Management System consistent with PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 standard, which was certified in 2011. Dekra Certification Sp. z o.o. was again the company, which confirmed by an audit our company’s satisfaction of the requirements of the above-named standard, legal and other requirements that we had promised ourselves to meet. We received the Certificate No. 440411029 on April 20, 2011, which is valid through April 19, 2014.
